Quicklime Lump is a whitish, odorless alkaline substance that is insoluble in water.
It is widely used as a lining material and in metal smelting, paper bleaching, and
sulphur neutralization in sugar.
Quicklime is extensively used in iron and steel production, paper and pulp manufacturing, water and flue gas treatment, and mining industries. Different fractions of both reactive shaft furnace-burnt and hard-burnt rotary kiln lime are supplied for iron and steel applications. |
